The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable bundle establishes runtime constituents of Visual C++ Libraries needed to run submissions developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2010 installed.

This package establishes runtime constituents of C Runtime (CRT), benchmark C++, ATL, MFC, OpenMP and MSDIA libraries. For libraries that support side-by-side deployment form (CRT, SCL, ATL, MFC, OpenMP) they are established into the native assembly cache, furthermore called WinSxS folder, on versions of Windows operating system that support side-by-side assemblies.
